• We provide backend servicess for all our software solutions requiring data management. As a rule we do not provide stand alone data services, however we do provide help desk solutions for data related problemss..

9. Do you provide Network services?

• We provide network configuration services as a part of any solution that the customer is not capable of handling or requires it as part of the solution. We also provide help desk answers for most network issues. We also can provide network stress tests for intrusion weaknesses and compliancy

10. Do you provide Firewall Management services?

• We do provide assistance with firewall and network security. We can provide scheduled montitoring and intrusion weakness tests. We can assist with firewall configuration settings as well as Network setup and management.

11. Do you provide Telephony services?

• We can provide software solutions for most telephony solutions and can assist with determining bandwith needs and finding a carrier that meets your requirements...

12. What platforms do you support or provide?

• We support Windows platforms, NT, 2000 (Pro,and Server), 2003 Server, 2008.Server, XP All versions, Vista (x86 and x64), Windows 7 All versions. We provide limited support for Linux (Asterisk)...

13. What technologies and services do you provide?

• We are a small boutique .Net soluions probvider that specializes in .Net framework based applications or services. Those services and or applications would include but are not limited to:
  1. Migrating legacy programs to .Net
  2. Migrating 1.1 applications, services, web clients, web services to 2.0 (3.5 libraries) or 4.0.
  3. Upgrading .Net 2.0.Users to to 3.5/4.0
  4. Designing, developing and implementing custom software solutions that include desktop, multi-tier, web client user applications, window services, web services, database services. We use the .Net Framework and develop most of the solutions using Visual Studio 2008, along with Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Communications Foundation. We use Windows Expression 3.0, 4.0 (Blend, design and Web) for generating Silverlight and WPF rich applications. 
  5. Migrating SQL 7.0 and 2000 users to SQL 2005/2008.
  6. We design Database schemas and write server side functionality that transparently allows our applications to connect effortlessly to push and fetch data.
  7. We build most of our web client applications using ASP.Net, ADO.Net, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and some WPF technology. We employ SQL 2005/2008 as our backend workhorse and communicate almost entirely based on stored procedures non persistent connections. We assist with multi-media streaming as needed or required. On occasion we do employ PHP for certain customers.    

 14. Do you provide Templatable ecommerce solutions?

• Currently we do not provide those types of services, Templatable sites have their place, but as rule most providers who provide those services require long term hosting, use of their products and or services such as lead generation services. We build small to enterprise ecommerce solutions, vanilla to all the bells and whistles, stand alone or turnkey..

15. Why would I use KTI and not someone else?

• Service, service, and service, those are the three most important reasons. As a small business owner myself one of my pet peaves is the lack of customer service provided by most companies, little, medium or large. I want my customers to be treated the way I would like to be treated. Respectfully, appreciated, concerned with my problems and needs, solving my needs and or problems quickly and without making me feel as if they did me a favor.When the negotiations are over and the agreements are signed, the one thing the other companies cannot give you is me. I say this humbly, the most important word in Business relationship is just that, relationship. As a rule we are not the most inexpensive, we are not the most expensive, we are however, the best at understanding you and your needs and delivering what you actually bargained for.. .   . 

16. Will we be required to have an on going maintenance or service agreements for the solutions you provide?

•  As general rule If we develop a software solution we will license the application to you for specific use based on the terms of the Services Agreement without requiring an on going service or maintenance agreement. In some cases it may be more cost effective to enter into an on going agreement if it is anticipated that the solution will need future enhancements or we provide a turnkey solution including hardware. In the event the solution is to be remarketed or private labeled for resale we usually require a maintenance and or subscription agreement as servicing the needs of the ultimate user almost always become an issue for us.  .

17. Why would we not need your ongoing assistance especially if you provide us a very sophisticated web and ecommerce solution.

• We provide a unique approach to providing a solution for you. Our goal is after we have deployed the web site and ecommerce solution you will be able to manage most of the content, picture, shopping cart, reporting, customer orders, customerst, campaigns, affiliates, product,  category, and payments. Unless you need a serious rewrite of the underlying technoloy, You may never need to call on us again, except to thank us for providing a wonderful experience when managing your web and ecommerce site. I would bet you just might ask us to help with your other technicaal needs.
