Shipping

All software, designed and developed by Kam Tel International, Inc. (KTI) will either be implemented on your site, be made available by download or FTP delivery. Software will not be shipped unless specoified by the Agreement for Services. In the event KTI is required to provide any hardware as part of the solution the client will order all hardware from 3rd party provider(s) and have such hardware delivered to KTI if it needs to be configured as part of the software solution. KTI will test the configuration and software integration if applicable before shipping hardware to customer. Any hardware returns will be handled directly between the customer and the 3rd party hardware provider(s), KTI may assist the client in the return and replacement of such hardware. That assistance will not be deemed KTI responsibility unless specified as such in the Agreement for Services. 

Returns

KTI is a custom software solutions provider, which includes but is not limited to custom desktop and web client applications, web services, database services, networking configuration, network security, video streaming, ecommerce services. Please refer to the Agreement for Services for when and if any software provided is returnable. As a general rule any software provided is not returnable. In the event we provide hardware as part of the solution, the returnability of the hardware is based on the manufacturers terms for return.
